Another great puzzle.
For 22A, I have the solution, however I wonder whether the word “not” is superfluous in the clue itself. Perhaps the worked solution next week will be elucidative and clarify my misreading of the clue!

I think “not” is necessary to allow “taken by” to do its work. In other words, “road” is not included in the anagram. If it was “taken from”, that would be a different matter.
