An enjoyable puzzle, not too difficult.
re 15 At the risk of being pedantic, ‘co’ as an abbreviation = company not business. It seems to be common practice today to have what might be called an indirect abbreviation so that ‘way’ equals ‘st’. I have even seen it in the Times and Times Jumbo.
