Very enjoyable. Many frustration breaks. Lots of them.
What a satisfying day. Firstly, I knocked off the last few clues of #53, which has kept me guessing for most of the week. And then, my favourite rugby league moment since listening to the ’71 grand final (because it wasn’t telecast) at the age of 10.
This one had plenty of fun definitions: 6ac, 16ac, 24ac, 26ac, 15dn, 17dn & 25dn.
Also, special mentions for 17ac (because I always enjoy a cricket reference), and the clever anagram in 7dn.
